| Description: The
Northern Spring Salamander ranges in size from 4.5-7.5 inches.
Coloration is light brown to pink to red with light speckling.
Overall coloration can be clouded. A light line runs from the eye to
the nostril. Small, black speckling on throat and belly.
Habitat: Found in cool waters such as springs and mountain springs. Can be found in surrounding areas in moist spots. Behavior: |
